Here's how it works:
While we would be very sad to learn that you are not 100% satisfied with EzPacking, we can process your return in three easy steps:
Send us an email (email@example.com) and let us know that you want to process a return (please include your order number).
Return the Item
Ship the package back to our return address. Keep your return tracking number in the unlikely event that we do not receive your return shipment.
Wait for Our Email
Wait for an email from us. As soon as we receive the package, we will process your return.
Choose from these two options:
Option 1: DIY - We provide you with a return shipping address & you ship the package back using the carrier of your choice. You will pay for shipping it back to us.
Option 2: Return Label - We provide a pre-paid return label, and you use the pre-paid label to send the product(s) back. However, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
