We like shopping with companies that treat their customers well and stand behind their products.
That's why we created a 30 day return policy.
How to Process a Return:
We can process a return so long as:
➀ All items are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
➁ We receive the return request within 30 days of the order date.
While we would be very sad to learn that you are not 100% satisfied with EzPacking, we can process your return in three easy steps.
Step 1: Contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and let us know that you want to process a return (please include your order number in your email).
Step 2: We will send you our return address. Ship the package back to us via any method you choose. Please make sure to keep your return tracking number handy in the unlikely event that we do not receive your return shipment.
Step 3: Wait for an email from us. As soon as we receive the package, we will process your return.
Charges and Credits:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to us.
Since we are a small family business, we ask that you kindly understand our policy.
In other words, we will refund 100% of what you paid us (including taxes) minus any shipping charges (if any).
No Restocking Fees
We don't charge any restocking fees.
We will refund you via the original payment method used on your order.
